Our Technology

Our technology, Nucycl®, converts textile waste materials into ‘new’ engineered fibers, which can be recycled again and again. Cotton-rich waste from the manufacturing process and discarded consumer fashion items is used to make our first product, Nucycl® lyocell fiber, which performs as well as, if not better, than virgin fiber. It doesn’t stop there, though. This technology is the first expression of our expertise and will be used as the foundation to capture, recycle, and produce additional fiber types in the future.

Research &

We are textile experts focused on the development of proprietary polymer regeneration technologies designed to convert textile waste into new recyclable fiber. Having commercialized our patented Nucycl® cotton waste regeneration technology, we are now working to extend this underlying technology platform to process additional fiber types with the goal of making sure all fibers are recyclable by 2030.
